As part of our commitment to delivering world class service and value to our customers, we are pleased to announce that as Dawn Property Consultancy (Private) Limited, we have launched a customer feedback and complaints handling procedure as part of our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.

In the unlikely event that our service did not live up to our promise or your expectations, please feel free to call us on the above land lines, email or walk in to our offices.

The platform is a demonstration of our commitment to ensure that our services are customer driven hence every complaint will be resolved in accordance to the customer feedback and complaints handling procedure. We promise to attend to your queries timeously and provide feedback in the minimum possible time. Corrective action necessary shall be taken in order to improve our service delivery.

We have enclosed a copy of our customer feedback farm and would be glad if you could complete it and return it to us.
