DAWN Property Consultancy (DPC) recently attained the quality management system, ISO 9001-2008 guaranteeing the level of service that Dawn Property Consultancy offers to the market.

The ISO 9001-2008 quality management system standard’s objective is to achieve perfection by making sure firms improve on customer service delivery, quality and value senses through a systemic framework of internal procedures and work instructions formulated around essential elements and addresses the needs of customers.

Speaking at the ISO certification ceremony the director responsible for standards and quality assurance in the Ministry of Industry and Commerce Florence Makombe said: “This certification guarantees the level of service that Dawn Property Consultancy offers to the market and also a quality benchmark to the market that “we do what we say we do and to the best of quality in line with international standards.”

Our vision as Dawn Property Consultancy is to be the market leader. To achieve the vision, we have set out a comprehensive road map plan premised on the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System which is an International benchmark for service delivery. Pursuant to the preceding statement, as DPC we have identified and implemented an ISO 9001:2008 Framework that comprises of the following elements to the standard;

1. Quality Policy Statement: This is a statement of intent which has been reproduced in full in this supplement.
2. Quality Policy Manual: Define the scope of the ISO 9001:2008 Framework and exclusions or exemptions. As Dawn Property Consultancy; we have been exempted from the Design Clause 7.3 of the standard.
3. Procedures Manual and Work Instructions: Comprehensive documents that detail step by step tasks and or sequence for executing a service.
